How Do We Do Small Business Coaching?I wish there was a simple, direct, easy to state answer to that question. Of course, if there were, you wouldn't need me, would you? When you first contact me for a free consultation by phone, we will select a time when we can speak uninterrupted for up to an hour by telephone. I'll then send you several pages of questions about you and your business which I will ask you to think about before we meet. Depending on the size and complexity of your business, I may request that you send me written information about your company in advance so I can be prepared for our discussion. The day of our call we will go through the various items and the information that reveals. You will be the star of the show--giving me all the information you can about what your business is, how you do things, how your current methods and plans are working and anything else you think will help me understand you and your business. If, at the end of this call, we have reached an agreement to work together, we'll determine the necessary details and I'll let you know what you need to have ready for our next meeting. Although most of my life coaching is done by telephone, small business coaching may be by phone or I may go to your business and meet with you there. We will work out the details together, based on your specific situation and needs. By now you probably have two big questions:
