Coaching for Small Businesses
Most people would be surprised by one or more of the following facts released by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2007:
--Small businesses represent 99.7% of all employer firms
--Small businesses employ about half of all private sector
employees
--Small businesses pay more than 45% of the total U.S. private
payroll
--Small businesses hire 40% of high tech workers
--Fifty-two percent of small businesses are home-based
Since 2003 more than half a million new small businesses have started up EACH YEAR. Unfortunately, the number of small business that closed down each year have ranged from 12 to 17% of the number started.

Given this information, it's no wonder Small Business Coaching has become popular among business owners. As I have read various trade publications and newspapers in recent years I've shuddered to learn how many business coaches are teaching New Age and Eastern religious techniques under the guise of business coaching.
The difference between my Small Business Coaching and that of many other coaches is my commitment to help Christian businesspeople live their beliefs and run their businesses in a God-pleasing manner.
It is a well-known fact that much of the turmoil and emotional disturbance people feel is the result of their actions not matching their beliefs. When this situation continues for an extended time they may become very depressed, unproductive and some will develop severe mental problems.
My goal in small business coaching is to assist you in bringing your business actions into congruity with your personal beliefs and thus give you a firm foundation for building a successul and productive business that brings you satisfaction and meets your business goals.
